Three private rooms, and a living room that still holds five.
Three teenagers, three rooms of their own.
Half a room more was taken from the plan and given to the living room,
so all five can sit together with space to spare, and a study corner sits beside them. Light runs across the whole of it.
The kitchen is a semi-island — open to the dining and living areas,but with the sink, the washing up, and the dishes for five kept below the line of sight.
What is left is room to relax in, and room for what you want to display.
